the green house exhibition

Interactive Exhibit
National Building Museum

This exhibit demonstrated the emerging collaboration between architecture and interior design for environmental responsibility. For the exhibit, Moey produce a video that illustrated how much energy and materials Americans consume in comparison to the rest of the world. This piece played on the television in a green, pre-fab Glidehouse.

Moey also produced the interactive for a model of the off-the-grid Walla Womba house in Australia. With the Moey-designed panels, electronics, and functionality, visitors were able to manipulate the use of water and electricity in the model and watch as the resources from the simulated cistern and solar panels were drained and then replenished with rainfall and sunshine.
